Aly Rose is a director, choreographer, educator, and filmmaker whose work has shaped stages on five continents for over two decades.  Born in the United States, she spent over 25 years creating in China, earning a MFA from the Beijing Dance Academy, teaching at NYU and NYU Shanghai, and producing landmark works of the Beijing 2008 Olympics, the Shanghai World Expo 2010, and institutions including the Museum of Contemporary Art Shanghai, TANK Shanghai, and the Power Station of Art.

She is the founder of One Management Group, LLC and the Creator of The ONE Show, a large scale aerial production twenty years in development, featuring 98 performers from 17 countries on a touring stage 432 feet wide.

Her unique work moves between large-scale collective movement, international collaboration, immersive environments with film and dance, and aerial performance. At the core is human connection through movement.
